We process and ship orders within 1-5days, and are always working hard to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We will notify you on the delay in shipment of your order

  • All orders are shipped to United Kingdom only.

  • Shipping costs vary by location. Shipping costs is shown during check out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our customers satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact us and we will be happy to fix it. Return your order within 7days after delivery for  a refund or an exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, some products (like panties) are ineligible for returns.

Returns Conditions

  • All items should be unused and in brand new condition.

  • All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.

  • The customers bears the cost of returns except in some cases where the fault is the company's.
